In August, one north africa customer visit our company for corn glucose processing line . The customer saind the corn in his country only used for animal feed and price is very cheap . The glucose syrup has very good market  and have a good price . So he plan to set up one corn glucose processing line to  make profit from corn .

Making corn glucose from corn in corn glucose processing line , there has two kind technology .

One the traditional technology , wet milling method . This kind technology is use wet milling method to produce corn starch from corn , then use the corn starch to produce glucose syrup . This kind technology is every kown , because it is same as produce glucose syrup from starch .During the corn starch processing , there has seriour pollution problem . And it need big amount money for investment the complete corn starch and corn glucose processing line .

At this condition , our company has  the new technology , we can produce glucose syrup from corn directly in corn glucose syrup processing line . This is the second technology drying milling method .
