Cleaning section

Newly harvested cassava tubers are attached with a lot of impurities. Cassava should be cleaned well before deep processing. Processing section

Drying section

After purified starch milk is obtained from processing section, the next is drying the wet commercial starch. Peeler centrifuge and flash dryer are used here. Peeler centrifuge can dehydrate starch milk and get wet starch powder with moisture content around 38%, and then flash dryer will dry it and finally get dried starch with moisture around 12%. To ensure the fineness of final cassava starch, sieving machine is used to separate big starch particles.
