With the inclusion of a raw cassava feeding hopper, belt conveyor, dry sieve, and paddle washing machine, the equipment ensures a continuous and stable supply of clean cassava. The dry sieve effectively removes surface impurities, while the paddle washer machine thoroughly cleans and washes the cassava roots, preparing them for the subsequent stages.
Optimized Starch Extraction:

The wet starch powder is then subjected to the flash dryer machine, which ensures complete and uniform drying. Maintaining a moisture content of around 14%, this advanced drying process guarantees the stability and extended shelf life of the final tapioca starch product.
