After fermentation, use a manual presser to dehydrate cassava and get cassava wet cakes. The next is to break wet cassava cakes and dry them with natural sunlight. Cleaning section

Firstly cassava roots are put into feeding hopper and then transported to dry sieve machine by belt conveyor. The dry sieve machine can remove surface impurities. And then cassava will drop down into paddle washer machine for thorough washing

Processing section

Cleaned cassava will be sent into the cutting machine first and we can get small cassava pieces, and then these cassava pieces will drop down into the rasper machine, from which we can get cassava mash. Cassava mash will be pumped into fermentation tanks. Fermentation time depends on local conditions and requirements. After fermentation, cassava pulp will be pumped into a plate-and-frame filter press machine for dehydration. Finally, we can get wet cassava cakes from the filter press machine.

Drying section

Wet cassava cakes will be crushed by hammer mill into wet powder first, and then the wet cassava powder will be sent into the flash dryer for final drying, from which we can get dried cassava powder with moisture contact of around 12%. To ensure the high fineness of the final flour, fine milling machine, and sieving machine are installed consequently after drying. A packaging machine is installed at the end to pack the final cassava fufu powder, and then they will be ready to sell to the market.
