Wheat starch production process decription : 

        The wheat starch production process is martin process . The wheat starch production process include : Dough making and washing , Gluten screening and  drying ; The separation of A-starch and B-starch ; A-starch refining and drying ; B-starch refining and drying . 

(1) .  Dough making and washing :  
        Wheat flour is mixed with  water to form dough.  Wait for some time let the gluten formed , then use fresh water to wash the dough , the purpose  is to wash out starch inside the dough. After washing 4~5 times ,  gluten and starch are separated .
(2) . Gluten screening and  drying:
        Gluten after screening will be dewatered, dried and finally get  product vital gluten powder.
(3)The separation of A-starch and B-starch
       After the mixture below the flat screen enters Centrifuge Sieve to remove fiber, they enter into nozzle separator to separate A-starch milk and B-starch milk.
(4) A-starch refining and drying:
      A-starch milk is further concentrated in cyclone, dewatered and dried to form one of final product A-starch.
(5) B-starch refining and drying : 
      B-starch milk is concentrated separately through nozzle separator and decanter, and dried in gas dryer to form one of final product B-starch.
